Mr. Littlejohn came to EHS-Alaska in 2006 with a background in hazardous materials management, wastewater treatment and environmental technology. His past experience includes performing DAN sequencing, radiation monitoring and performing lab analysis of water quality at SBR and 36MGD wastewater treatment plants.
Since joining EHS-Alaska in 2006, Mr. Littlejohn conducts AHERA compliance inspections, surveys for hazardous materials, is instrumental in the design of demolition and restoration phases of buildings throughout Alaska, and performs compliance air monitoring. He maintains client confidence ensuring a reliable, efficient and knowledgeable approach to projects.
As the owner’s representative at the Ted Steven’s International Airport Renovation project, Mr. Littlejohn, provided oversight of the asbestos and lead abatement work during the multi-year project. He also worked with the Mat-Su Borough in providing oversight during demolition of a structure destroyed by fire. His knowledge of the hazardous materials regulations and the requirements of contract specifications, allows him to work to resolve issues quickly and in a cost effective manner as they arise during abatement projects.
He has traveled throughout the state of Alaska providing asbestos and hazardous materials surveys and is well versed in working in remote and Arctic conditions.
